More about the role: As an Account Executive, you will contribute to Burson’s performance by engaging in day-to-day client activities under the supervision and guidance of senior team members. You are required to actively learn the ropes and support the senior account team members to manage client relationships, satisfying and delighting clients and generating new business. You will also be expected to support our corporate strategy and your practice or office to help ensure superior client service, a winning culture and profitability. What you'll do: Be knowledgeable about your clients, their industries and competitors; stay updated on client trade publications, national/regional news outlets Be a keen learner and know the technicalities behind skilled writing to be able to draw up actionable client communications materials such as status reports, campaign summary reports, general activity reports etc., under guidance and supervision Actively participate in team and client meetings and be comfortable sharing and presenting your views internally and in front of clients, if appropriate Monitor media coverage of clients and support the account team on daily administrative tasks Play an active role in coordinating press materials and events such as press kits, releases and press conferences Learn the social media trends and support the seniors in implementing social media/digital programs L isten attentively during client meetings for potential opportunities and suggest ideas to your senior team members as they could lead to new business A ssist the senior members of the team with research, case studies and other materials for client presentations, new business proposals, pitches and industry award submissions to drive business for Burson Engaging and working with industry analysts and third parties Experience that contributes to success: M inimum 3 months of PR internship experience O utstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Ability to work both independently and as a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving and time-management skills # LI-HL1 You belong at Burson: Our vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
