Making  business development  calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on Headhunting candidates  to place onto your clients' projects Building and maintaining relationships Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with  current employees travelling across Europe to meet their clients!   What do I need? You live in or around Amsterdam You speak German or Dutch and can communicate well in English You have experience in sales and communication Above-average motivation, ambition, proactivity and determination Ideally, you have already worked in B2B sales or in similar positions You are open to new challenges and want to utilise your sales experience in a dynamic and exciting industry   What's in it for you?
