About the Role As a Senior Data Analyst at Monks, you will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data foundations that enable our clients to better understand marketing and product performance. You will help ensure that tracking, measurement, and analytics setups are accurate, scalable, and reliable, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, Piano Analytics, Firebase, GCP, Azure, and AWS. You will also be at the forefront of AI-driven innovation, helping to develop AI-powered automations and workflows that make data more accessible, actionable, and ready to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. You should have a strong foundation in data literacy and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical business insights. Ideally, you have experience working with marketing, product, or digital analytics data, along with a solid understanding of data collection, tagging, measurement frameworks, data quality, and cloud technologies. While the role mainly focuses on analytics and data foundations, it also offers opportunities to contribute to AI automation, data engineering, and machine learning enablement projects. This role spans across the EMEA and MENA regions and involves close collaboration with our Analytics, Strategy, and Solutions Engineering teams. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, we encourage you to apply!   Responsibilities: Offer consultation services for a client’s data strategy, including but not limited to analytics, advanced marketing analytics, data activation, data science, tag management, and performance reporting Translate business requirements into technical requirements (measurement plans) and follow through with project execution Implement Analytics and/or Marketing tags through any given tag management tool, both client-side and server-side. (Google Tag Manager) Manage relationships and projects with internal and external stakeholders across multiple large accounts Collaborate across client’s global teams on the execution of analytics projects Ensure accountability across project teams delivering quality and timeliness and work to exceed baseline-level content and deadlines across defined scopes of work as well as new opportunities Support the Monks Data Team to improve service delivery capabilities and identify project growth opportunities Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions and automation workflows for analytics Write advanced SQL queries in cloud platforms to extract insights from large datasets Communicate complex technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients. Mentor junior staff members in the analytics team.   About You The essentials: Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of working experience in data analytics or a related field. A good understanding of Google BigQuery is beneficial. Fluent English communication and written skills.
